The Day I Stopped Waiting and Took the Leap

Hello Leapsters, Growth starts with a single leap forward. Ever wonder how leaders turn learning into action? The secret is in starting—not waiting for perfect conditions. And I know that because LEAP didn’t start as a business idea. It started as a moment. |
How LEAP was born (my “123 LEAP” moment)Years ago, I was in a season where I knew I was called to do more—but fear was loud. I was stepping into rooms that felt bigger than me, introducing myself to people I didn’t know, and stretching beyond what was comfortable. One day, before walking into a networking space that made my stomach flip, I literally had to coach myself through it. I told myself: “1…2…3… LEAP.” Not because I had everything figured out—because I didn’t. But because I knew I couldn’t keep waiting on confidence to show up first. That one decision became a pattern. And that pattern became a framework:Learn. Execute. Adapt. Persevere. My networking story (the part people don’t always see)Networking wasn’t natural for me. I wasn’t the loudest in the room or the person who loved working it like a pro. I was the one reminding myself to breathe, to smile, to walk up anyway, and to start the conversation even when my mind was trying to talk me out of it. What I learned is this: growth doesn’t require you to become someone else. It requires you to take the next step as who you are. So I started showing up with intention:
That’s when things shifted. Opportunities came. Partnerships formed. Doors opened. Not because I was perfect—because I was consistent. A little about me (in case you’re new here)I’m Tiffany Boyle, creator of the LEAP Framework, and I’m passionate about helping busy leaders and entrepreneurs build clarity, capacity, and consistency—without burnout. My work is rooted in real leadership experience, community impact, and the belief that small steps—done faithfully—create lasting change. I’m also a speaker and trainer, and I love creating spaces where people leave with both inspiration and a plan they can actually execute. |
