Tiffany M. Boyle is the creator of the LEAP Framework (Learn, Execute, Adapt, Persevere) — a leadership and productivity system she's delivered to corporate teams, HR and L&D leaders, nonprofits, and student leaders, with participants reporting 20–30% productivity gains and 25–40% fewer missed deadlines. She's also the first African American woman elected Commissioner of the Revenue in Newport News, Virginia, where she manages a $2.8M municipal budget and 40+ staff, and CEO of Emerge Initiatives, LLC.
